WHO IS YOUTURN?

WELCOME TO OUR 2025 ANNUAL REPORT
Board Chair Mitch Evans and Youturn CEO James Blevin extend their personal welcome and thanks.

WHAT WE DO
Youturn supports people through life’s most difficult challenges, with programs spanning housing and homelessness, community and family support, mental health and wellbeing, and suicide postvention.
Our work is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, placing people and their support networks at the centre. By working across disciplines and sectors, we aim not only to help people recover, but to create the conditions for individuals, families and communities to thrive.
*These figures represent the total number of people who received at least one service between 1 July 2024 and 30 June 2025.

POSTVENTION
Established by Youturn in 2002, StandBy Support After Suicide began as a community response to suicide on the Sunshine Coast and has since grown into a respected national program. StandBy supports anyone bereaved or impacted by suicide — individuals, families, friends, witnesses, first responders, and service providers — at any stage of their life.
