This year, the team continued to build cohesion and capability while guiding the organisation through a period of growth and transformation. A key leadership transition occurred with the appointment of Susanna Bradley as General Manager, People and Performance, stepping in while Angela Robertson commenced maternity leave. This smooth handover reflects Youturn’s commitment to continuity, succession planning and investing in strong leadership at every level.
