With Stewardship as a core value, Youturn remains committed to using every dollar wisely, ensuring that funding is channelled where it matters most, directly into the programs and services that support people in need. Strong financial management underpins this commitment. We monitor and analyse expenditure closely, with a focus on program delivery costs and the resources required to sustain frontline support.
This disciplined approach allows us to not only remain accountable to our funders and communities but also to continually evaluate how effectively our resources are creating impact. By prioritising efficiency and transparency, we ensure that the greatest proportion of funding strengthens the services that change lives.
Sources of income
Youturn’s programs are sustained through a diverse mix of funding streams, with government grants remaining our primary source of income. In addition, we continue to expand our tied and untied donations and fundraising activity, which reflects the generosity of our community. This increasing support underscores the trust placed in Youturn and the shared commitment to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
