OUR BOARD

As a company limited by guarantee, Youturn is governed by a Board of Directors who provide strategic oversight, guidance, and support to the organisation. The Chief Executive Officer reports directly to the Board and is supported by an experienced Executive Team in delivering Youturn’s vision and mission.

During 2024–2025, the Board endorsed a strategic direction that places impact at its centre, guided by data, enabled by systems, and sustained by the commitment of Youturn’s people. This approach strengthens the organisation’s ability to support those in distress while also building protective factors.

The strategy reflects the Board’s belief in the importance of locally led, human-centred solutions and the opportunities that emerge when services and systems are better connected. With an ambitious scope and a rigorous focus on execution, the Board continues to ensure Youturn remains responsive, accountable, and future-focused in serving communities across Australia.
